This is an exciting time to join our patient care-driven team in Plymouth! We are seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to join us. We welcome applications from all professional nursing backgrounds, whether NHS or private hospitals. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and clinical skills, supporting all staff working on the Ward. Additionally, all our work is planned, allowing you to organize your week with ease, knowing your schedule won’t change.
Our focus is on ensuring that our patients receive high-quality treatment promptly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. Our wards boast excellent nurse-to-patient ratios at Practice Plus Group Hospitals.
Our team comprises experienced nurses and healthcare assistants, supported by a welcoming Ward Manager. You will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient care within the department.
