This is a Senior Design Engineer opportunity for someone who wants real technical ownership, the space to think properly, and the influence to shape what "good' looks across design.
Why this role exists: The work is complex and the stakes are high. They need a Senior Design Engineer who can lead mechanical design activity end-to-end, from concept to architecture through CAD, documentation, review, and integration support with a methodical, engineering-led approach.

What you'll be doing as Senior Design Engineer:
Leading the design and development of mechanical systems for complex applications
Producing and reviewing CAD models, drawings and technical documentation
Defining system architectures, materials and components to meet engineering requirements
Supporting integration, testing and commissioning across disciplines
Conducting design reviews and ensuring compliance with technical standards
Collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
What you'll bring:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
Strong understanding of mechanical design disciplines including stress, materials and maufacturability
Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Edge preferred)
Experience designing for cost, reliability and testability
Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions
Knowledge of systems engineering or multidisciplinary design environments
