Divina is a women-focused brand and venture studio, building personal brands and scalable companies around high-potential talent worldwide. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multilingual Admin & Talent Coordinator to support our talent acquisition and operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and coordinating calls, interviews, and meetings with talent prospects.
- Communicating professionally with prospective talent via email, chat, and messaging platforms.
- Conducting screening calls with talent candidates and summarizing findings.
- Occasionally joining final calls with senior leadership to act as a translator or support during discussions.
- Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and task management.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in Portuguese; Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
- Has experience in administrative support, talent coordination, or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Can maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Is flexible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with creative talent, models, or content creators.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRMs, or collaborative platforms (e.g., Calendly, Notion, Slack).
