Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will:
* Develop fully integrated tender programmes to support EPC bids using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Translate tender schedules into compliant contract programmes in line with FIDIC or other standard contract forms.
* Produce and maintain detailed construction programmes covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
* Conduct critical path analysis, manage interfaces, and incorporate subcontractor schedules.
* Monitor progress in collaboration with site teams, issuing monthly updates and client reports including earned value analysis and key deviations.
* Record and analyse delay events, supporting the preparation of Extension of Time (EoT) claims and disruption analyses.
