Responsibilities
* To be key person to a group of children.
* To observe and to track children's development.
* To plan and carry out age appropriate activities for children.
* To provide a safe and secure environment for the children.
* To be aware of safeguarding procedures.
* To follow our policies and procedures. Full and part time hours available.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Must have a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
* Be professional, enthusiastic and hard working.
* Have confident communication skills with children and adults.
* Have the ability to work as part of a team.
* All successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, and provide references that will be thoroughly vetted.
* We will also carry out a range of checks to ensure the suitability of candidates, including identity, full work history, right to work, and disqualification by association checks.
* Provide First Aid, Health & Safety and Safeguarding Training. GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
* Qualified Early Years Educator (Level 2 or Level 3) across our sites in South West London.
