A growing business in Westbury are actively recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Maintain supplier accounts and ensure records are up to date
Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
Resolve invoice and payment queries with suppliers and internal departments
Support payment runs and month‑end activities as required
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a high volume processing role
Excellent attention to detail
Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
