Your Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
* Ensure precise inventory management by organizing and labeling supplies appropriately.
* Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklifts, promptly addressing any operational concerns.
* Adhere to safety protocols to promote a secure work environment and reduce risks.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational objectives efficiently.
* Assist in stocktaking and report any discrepancies found in inventory records.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and embrace new technologies.
Requirements
* Must possess a valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations regarding forklift operations.
* Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by business operations.
o Competitive hourly rate: £13.20/hour
o Shifts available include Days, Backs, and Nights as per operational needs.
