We’re recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a privately owned, well-funded London-based property developer with a strong track record delivering complex residential-led mixed-use and urban industrial schemes.
The business has c.£120m+ currently in delivery across a live pipeline of technically challenging projects. Schemes are design-led, commercially disciplined and delivered within constrained urban environments, with committed capital in place and a defined growth strategy.
You will take responsibility for post-planning delivery, leading projects from detailed design and procurement through construction and handover.
The role reports into senior leadership and sits within a lean team. You will lead the consultant and contractor team, with full accountability for programme, cost, risk and delivery in line with the agreed business plan.
Key responsibilities
* Managing detailed design development and procurement strategy
* Leading consultant and contractor teams through construction delivery
* Overseeing tender processes and challenging cost advice to protect margin
* Driving programme control, cashflow management and risk mitigation
* Ensuring contractual, statutory and H&S compliance
* Maintaining delivery performance across multiple concurrent schemes
About you
You will have delivered complex mixed-use and/or industrial or logistics-led schemes, ideally within a developer or senior consultancy environment. You will be technically credible, commercially astute and comfortable holding responsibility across multiple live projects simultaneously.

Salary c.£100k plus package and bonus.
