Our nursery is a beautiful converted chapel, proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted, with places for up to 69 children .
Located just 10 minutes from Winchester and Andover, it’s easily accessible from the A34, A303, and surrounding villages. As a village nursery, we enjoy strong ties with the local community and regularly explore the picturesque area with our children.

Required Qualifications
About You:
* We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
* You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability, and excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within an early years setting.
