Multi Trader / Property Maintenance Operative
Full time permanent role - Mon-Thu (Apply online only) and Fri (Apply online only)
My client is offering a generous salary of £35000 per year as a starting point. During the 3 month probation period they will monitor the ability of the job holder, with the view of offering a higher package at a later date.
You will have access to a company van for use during the working day but not for private use.
The applicant would be expected to provide their own hand tools, but all power tools and specialist equipment will be provided by the employer, along with uniform and PPE.
Salary £35000 per annum. Very good all round company benefits and generous holiday allowance of 30 days plus all bank holidays

The role - Multi Trader / Property Maintenance Operative
You will require a good level of multi skilled work experience within the building industry
The role
Primarily experience in Carpentry and general Kitchen / Bathroom installation
Experience in Plumbing is desirable - not essential
General experience in decorating and household maintenance.
Willingness to work in conjunction with others to strip / clear out properties.
You will drive a company van / vehicle which can be driven on a standard full UK driving licence.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Full UK driving licence - max 6 points for minor offences only. You must be aged 21 or over for company vehicle insurance purposes.
Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision but also able to work well as part of a small team.
Willingness to work out of hours to complete tasks when necessary / on occasion
