Channel Manager – for Distribution Team
Reports to: Head of Sales
We are looking for someone who will lead a team of 7 Distribution Specialists, driving channel strategy, customer engagement, and commercial growth. The successful applicant will play a key role in shaping distributor relationships, supporting national events, and ensuring consistent execution of our sales vision.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in channel/distribution management (B2B).
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Experience in customer lifecycle management.
Business Development Specialist X 2 roles (1 x North & 1 x South)
Reports to: Head of Business Development and National Sales
These strategic roles are all about identifying new growth opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and driving market expansion. We are looking for someone who can combine market intelligence with relationship-building to shape the future of Blum UK’s business development team.

Experience in B2B business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Direct Sales Representative
Reports to: Head of Sales
Join our Direct Sales team to deliver exceptional service to Ex-BAU and key account customers. We are looking for someone who can manage customer journeys, promote our full product range, and support strategic growth through structured sales activity and relationship management.
What we’re looking for:
B2B sales and account management experience.
CRM proficiency and strong planning skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
A proactive, customer-centric approach.
