Your Role as a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant in Southall, you will: Support pupils aged 4-11 with special educational needs in class, 1:1, and in small groups. Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support based on EHCPs. Help manage behaviour positively, using de-escalation and emotional regulation strategies. Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Build strong relationships with staff, families, and external professionals.
