Finance Coordinator - Reading - £15 per hour
CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Coordinator to join a leading company based in Reading. Your main responsibility will be to manage and organise the day-to-day purchase transactions of the business, maintain budgets and reports, and ensure all finance information is accurate and up to date. Experience within finance is essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure all finance information and records are accurate
* Ensure customer and supplier payments are made timely
* Monitor and review expense claim submissions for accuracy
* Raise purchase orders and maintain invoicing records
* Liaise with department managers on finance-related queries
* Identify and highlight discrepancies in figures or information
* Produce weekly reports and updates
* Keep Management Systems and CRM System updated
* Maintain communication with suppliers and subcontractors
* Manage company shared accounts mailboxes
* Record invoices on Sage Business Cloud
* File paperwork both physically and electronically
* Scan business-related documentation
* Arrange training for employees
Person specification:
* Previous experience with Sage software
* Minimum two years of MS Office experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of confidential data handling
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Good time management
* Methodical and analytical approach
* Problem-solving skills
* Team player capable of coordinating with colleagues
