Key Responsibilities:
4. Provide administrative support to the IFA team and Paraplanners
5. Assist in managing client documentation and correspondence
6. Ensure efficient record-keeping and data management
7. Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes
8. Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
9. Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector
10. Strong organisational and communication skills
11. Knowledge of IFA and mortgage operations is advantageous
