?? About the Role
We're looking for a Cover Supervisor who can glide between classrooms, guide students through KS3 and KS4 lessons, and keep learning on track-no magic needed (but welcomed).
You won't need to plan lessons-just deliver what's set, keep students focused, and maintain high expectations. Think:
* Motivator
* Referee
* Calm presence
* Occasional comedian
* Champion of 'Yes, you still need to finish the work'

* Confidence in front of a class
* A positive attitude (and probably caffeine ?)
* Solid behaviour-management skills
* The ability to smile, adapt, and pronounce tricky surnames

* Supervising KS3 & KS4 students in a range of subjects
* Supporting learning (and sometimes retrieving stray glue sticks)
* Encouraging success without bribery (well mostly)
* Being a daily hero for young people
