What are we looking for?
FFP has an exciting opportunity in our Client Services Team for a Client Relationship Manager.
At the heart of this role, we need someone who has experience in managing and nurturing client relationships, the drive to ensure the delivery of a personalised and exceptional client experience.
Alongside this, we need someone that has all round excellent administration talent. Some of those key talent areas include being highly organised, having a high level of attention to detail, proven communication skills, excellent IT skills and of course have a client and team focused approach to things.
Being in the Financial Planning world, an important factor we are looking for, is for applicants to already be fully qualified or working towards being qualified in the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
A selection of the role's key responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact.
* Client Meetings: Assist in making sure your client planning meetings are prepared for.
* Financial Plan Support: Work alongside Planners to support the development of the client's cash flow forecast and financial strategies.
* Implementation: Working with providers, platforms, and the FFP team post meeting, to ensure the advice is implemented in a tax efficient and timely manner.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory standards, managing all online documentation and paperwork related to all aspects of the client's plan.
More about the role and our ideal candidate
This is a full-time, office-based position in Sherborne, Dorset. We're happy to consider some flexibility for the right person. Once training is complete, there is scope to move into a hybrid working model, with up to two days a week from home.
If you hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or are working towards it) and you have experience working in the Financial Planning world, then this could be for you.
We are keen to find the right person, with the right experience, qualifications and skills with the willingness to learn and someone who has an open mind and professional approach. We will provide full initial training of course and we also invest in ongoing professional development too.
