Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the network to ensure seamless connectivity for customers and resolve issues to provide the best service. Work as part of a supportive team, collaborating and problem‑solving while gaining hands‑on experience.
Qualifications
* Customer‑Focused Mindset – Passion for delivering great service with care and professionalism.
* Positive & Proactive Attitude – A team player with a can‑do approach.
* Basic IT Skills – Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus willingness to learn diagnostic tools (training provided).
* Comfort with Heights – Ability to work using ladders to maintain overhead network; training and support will be given.
* Full UK Driving Licence – Must possess a UK driving licence (or obtain one before the end of probation).
