Position Details:
* Permanent, part-time (18 hours/week / 4.5 Programmed Activities) Consultant post in Nephrology
* Location: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
About Aberdeen Royal Infirmary:
* Major teaching hospital for North East Scotland
* Renal Unit provides tertiary services for NHS Grampian, Shetland, and Orkney Islands
* Services include Peritoneal and Haemodialysis, inpatient care, acute renal replacement therapy, and multisystem Vasculitis management
* Renal transplantation performed at Edinburgh Transplant Unit, with follow-up in Aberdeen
* Active research program with the University of Aberdeen
* Excellent postgraduate educational facilities at the Suttie Centre

Qualifications:
* Full GMC registration and license to practice (must be in place prior to starting)
* UK-trained candidates should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of GMC Specialist Register
* Alternatively, possess CESR / CESR (CP)
* Applicants not on GMC Specialist Register may be considered for a Locum Consultant position (up to 12 months)
