We are recruiting for a Records Administrator to join our team in Bristol. If successful you will receive full training to bring you up to speed with the requirements of this role.
The role
The Records department deals with a broad range of activities and plays a critical role in ensuring all emails, key communications and application actions are tracked and updated onto our Document Management System. The information can relate to client instructions, grant details including fees and certificates, case actions and invoices. Details will often be complex and time‑sensitive, so attention to detail and the ability to deal with multiple tasks with set deadlines is key to success.
Our team of Records Administrators is part of a fast‑paced department that works as a team to ensure all deadlines are met. Similar experience in a high‑volume administrative role will be essential.

About you
You will ideally have experience working in IP records and be able to demonstrate team‑working skills both in the office environment and when working remotely from home. You will have a natural ability to problem‑solve and be confident in your communication skills. The successful candidate will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
You will be self‑motivated and have exceptional planning and organisation skills as you will need to plan and prioritise high volumes of work often with tight deadlines. Attention to detail is critical to this role.
Candidates must have good IT skills and be familiar with all MS Office packages and have experience of using a document management system. We use a range of in‑house IT systems and workflows so the ability to learn and utilise new systems and processes is important.
