Full time and part time available. Harmless operates a 4-day working model with full-time staff working 32 hours per week.
Salary
£23,812 per annum, pro rata, rising to £24,841 per annum, pro rata, on successful completion of a probationary period.

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job
Harmless and The Tomorrow Project are non-profit organizations specializing in self-harm, suicide prevention, and mental health. We offer support, information, training, and consultancy to those who self-harm or are at risk, their families, those at risk of death by suicide, and bereaved individuals, including supporting professionals.
To perform general administrative duties and support the Harmless Clinical team.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
* Support clinical operations with admin tasks such as processing referrals, correspondence, scheduling, photocopying, and post handling.
* Assist in meeting KPIs and contractual obligations like referral response times.
* Maintain clinical records and filing systems.
* Answer and screen calls professionally and sensitively.
* Respond to messages and emails promptly.
* Disseminate messages efficiently within the team.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective operations.
* Coordinate appointments with clients professionally.
* Support monitoring and evaluation through data collection and processing.
* Assist with writing and posting blog articles and marketing content.
* Support social media activities and monitor referrals/messages.
* Follow policies and procedures diligently.
* Ensure high standards of client care and safety.
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
