We are currently partnering with a contemporary jewellery brand on a management opportunity based within the Selfridges environment in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a busy, client-centric environment and is passionate about elevating service, developing high-performing teams and driving commercial success without compromising on customer experience.
Candidates who are immediately available or have a 4-week notice will be prioritised.
The business is looking for a strong, visible, hands-on leader who can inspire from the shop floor, lead with energy and accountability, and continue building an exceptional in-store culture.
The Opportunity
As a Concession Manager, you will take full ownership of your location, leading from the front in all aspects of retail operations, team development, client experience and commercial performance.
You will play a key role in driving retail excellence through strong leadership, coaching and CRM/clienteling activity, whilst creating an environment where both clients and team members feel genuinely valued.
The ideal candidate will enjoy autonomy, take pride in accountability for their business and feel comfortable making commercial decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team within a busy luxury/contemporary retail environment
• Drive sales performance, KPIs and client acquisition through exceptional customer experience and strong CRM/clienteling activity
• Maintain and elevate service standards across all areas of the business
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, mentorship and on-the-spot development
• Create a positive, collaborative and performance-driven culture
• Ensure operational excellence across stock management, compliance, visual merchandising and store presentation
• Build long-term relationships with clients whilst encouraging a strong client book mentality across the wider team
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing people development
• Act as a true brand ambassador both internally and externally
What We’re Looking For
• Previous management experience within luxury, premium or contemporary retail
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop teams
• Passion for client experience, styling and relationship building
• Strong CRM and clienteling experience
• Commercially aware with a proven ability to drive sales and performance
• Comfortable managing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising service standards
• Hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for coaching and team development
• Strong operational and organisational skills
• Positive energy, resilience and a solution-focused mindset
• A natural communicator who leads with authenticity and emotional intelligence
