Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by converting leads into customers, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
* Identify and target new business opportunities via various channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.).
* Build and develop client relationships.
Sales Presentation & Networking:
* Conduct client visits, present tailored proposals and quotations.
* Look to upsell and increase profit.
* Attend networking groups.
Relationship Management:
* Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns to ensure repeat business.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Market Research:
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position the product/service.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C).
There will be a commission structure in addition to the salary based on targets
