Job Description
3. Identify and acquire suitable land for development in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas
4. Conduct thorough land appraisals and feasibility studies
5. Work closely with planning teams to secure planning permissions
6. Engage in negotiations to secure purchase contracts
7. Monitor and manage budgets and financial plans related to land acquisition
8. Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
9. Stay updated with market trends and the local property industry
10. Contribute to the company's strategic planning and growth
The Successful Applicant
A successful Land Manager should have:
11. An academic background in property, business, or related field
12. Proven experience in land acquisition and property development
13. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
14. Knowledge of the local property market
