This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for delivering a compliant, efficient, and end-to-end recruitment service that supports high-volume hiring across the group. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment and role design through to onboarding and offer management. Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, including Equality Act, Right to Work, GDPR, and internal governance processes. Maintain data accuracy across HR and payroll systems, ensuring seamless flow of new starter information. Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning, succession considerations, and build-vs-buy talent decisions. Develop talent pools and long-term sourcing strategies to meet future workforce needs. Produce accurate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership and board-level review.
