You will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, developing early literacy and numeracy skills, and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development. You’ll work collaboratively with the year group team, support staff and leadership to ensure consistency, high expectations and positive outcomes for all learners. The role will involve planning and delivering creative, well-structured lessons, supporting phonics and early reading development, assessing progress, and adapting teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL and varying attainment levels. You will be expected to foster confidence, independence and a love of learning in a supportive classroom environment.
