Learning Support Assistant – Specialist Education Setting Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Hours: Full-time | 9:00am – 3:30pm | Term time Pay: £13.75 per hour (Temp to Perm – salaried role available) Are you someone who enjoys supporting young people and helping them feel safe, understood and confident? The school supports older primary to early secondary-aged pupils who benefit from a calm, consistent and nurturing environment. Many pupils experience emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA) and social, emotional or behavioural needs, and thrive with patient, encouraging adults around them. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, understands that progress can look different for every child, and takes pride in helping pupils feel regulated and ready to re-engage with learning.
