ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
An exciting and challenging opportunity to join our growing team at Guildhall Shopping Centre. We are a team of professional and helpful cleaners. Passionate about delivering great customer service, with a real can-do attitude. Working in all areas of the housekeeping operation, bringing an excellent standard of service and willing to be adaptable to support the needs of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Carry out all cleaning as laid down in the site specification, providing a safe clean environment for our visitors.
2. To be trained in the safe use of all our supporting machinery, and equipment to meet the Centres expectations and standards.
3. Maintain positive relations with retailers, and support members of the public with any enquiries.
4. Support the client with any planned events or future activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5. Good communication skills and a willingness to deliver excellent customer service
6. Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
7. A highly motivated individual who can work both individually, and within a team.
8. Previous cleaning experience in similar fields (preferable)
9. Driving Licence (preferable)
