About the Role
Join our Residential Dementia Care Home in Colwyn Bay as a Dementia Care Assistant, providing person-centred support and daily care for residents living with dementia.
Shifts available: 7.30am–3pm, 2.45pm–10.15pm, 10pm–8am (nights)

About You
* At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
* Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
* A caring, resilient, and patient approach
* Driver preferred due to shift times and location
* MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
