Vacancies Clinical Nurse Specialist (Breast - Patient Stratified Follow‑up)
Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, driven, and dynamic nurse to lead the Patient‑Stratified Follow‑Up (PSFU) service for breast patients. This is a 2–3 year secondment, and if not already completed, the successful candidate will be expected to undertake the Non‑Medical Prescribing (NMP) course as part of the role.
About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and motivated individual who can lead service development and drive the changes required to meet the evolving needs of our patient population. This is a highly collaborative clinical role, working closely with the Band 6 PSFU CNS, fellow Band 7 colleagues, and the wider multidisciplinary team across oncology and surgery.
The post‑holder will be expected to work flexibly, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and confidently manage their own autonomous clinical practice. A commitment to ongoing professional development is essential, as is the ability to support and develop others within the team.
