This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and experienced team. Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer: Drafting, negotiation and completion of commercial contracts/tender documentation PFI and Construction contracts ASC contracts Handling cases on public procurement Dealing with contracts for large scale projects Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer: Previous experience handling commercial contracts Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities This is a role up until March 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension and can accomodate remote working.
