Customer Success Manager- Salary Sacrifice & Employee Engagement - Milton Keynes

About The Role
SALARY: Up to £46,000.00 pa dependent on experience and fantastic benefits
LOCATION: Field Based with regular attendance to, Milton Keynes, MK15 8HG
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 20% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE : Full Time Permanent, 35 hours per week

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager- Salary Sacrifice & Employee Engagement to drive employee-level engagement and conversion across corporate salary sacrifice schemes.
This unique role will be instrumental in ensuring both employers and employees experience the full value of our Salary Sacrifice proposition. To be successful in this role we will be looking for an individual with specific Salary Sacrifice experience and the ability to evidence a blend of sales experience, customer engagement and account management skills.
What you’ll be doing:
* Convert employee enquiries into completed cases to achieve agreed sales volumes, conversion, and revenue targets.
* Provide clear, persuasive information and ongoing support to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the buying journey.
* Identify and deliver upsell opportunities to maximise scheme value and employee participation.
* Act as the single point of contact for assigned corporate clients to ensure effective scheme management and long-term engagement.
* Develop and implement tailored engagement strategies with employers to maximise employee awareness and scheme uptake.
* Build and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships (HR, payroll, sustainability leads, employee champions) to drive advocacy and retention.
* Deliver webinars, presentations, and promotional campaigns to educate and engage employees on scheme benefits.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll be a motivated Salary Sacrifice/Fleet expert with the ability to manage your own workload and time.
You’ll have a passion for excellent customer service with the drive to delivery best in class service at all times.
Essential experience & skills
* Demonstrable experience with Salary Sacrifice as an end product.
* Automotive/Regulated Finance Services industry experience
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to spot opportunities and drive uptake.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (face-to-face, phone, webinars).
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and large employee groups.
* Resilient, tenacious, and target-driven with a customer-first mindset.
* Data-driven and comfortable using CRM systems and performance metrics.

Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance) as well as being eligible for sales bonus (details discussed at interview)
Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%). VWFS will pay 6% if employee chooses a 2% employee contribution.
