The Role
:
As a Senior Tax Manager, you will handle a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, including company directors, high-net-worth individuals, non-resident landlords, sole traders, and basic trusts and estate tax returns.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the firm's Tax Partner on ad hoc tax planning projects.
2. Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff as the firm continues to grow.
3. Engage directly with clients to maintain high levels of service and communication.
4. Operate independently, taking full ownership of workload and responsibilities.
5. Adapt to the practice's flexible working culture, including remote work options.
Requirements:
6. Previously worked as a Tax Manager or in a similar role.
7. At least 3 years of practice experience.
8. ATT qualified.
9. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong client-facing abilities.
