Location: Telford, Shropshire Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 DOE About the Role We are seeking a motivated Graduate Ecologist to join a well-established environmental consultancy based in Shropshire. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career ecologist looking to develop their skills within a supportive and experienced team. You will assist with a range of ecological surveys, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) work and ecological assessments, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of projects. This position offers structured training, mentoring and clear opportunities for career progression.
