A Global Infrastructure Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Deskside Technician to be based onsite in Maidenhead
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Non-Warranty Hardware Repair
Warranty Repair and Management
PC lifecycle and Asset Management for Serialised Devices
Installations, moves, and changes for Serialised Devices
Deskside Software Support
Smart Hands Support
VIP Support
Conferencing Support
Event Support
Required Skills:
Previous PC hardware/software, network and print support experience.
Previous VIP support experience
Ideally have ServiceNow Ticketing system or have used a similar system.
Must be detail-oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient, accurate manner within deadlines.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills - as well as the ability to communicate professionally with a sense of urgency and empathy to the affected user.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload, someone who is energised by helping people and making things happen.
