Role Overview
This Senior Fire Alarm Engineer position is designed for someone ready to move beyond day-to-day engineering and step into a more influential, technical, and developmental role. While you will remain hands-on when needed, the focus shifts towards raising performance, improving standards, and providing guidance across the engineering team.
Key responsibilities include:

Auditing engineering work and ensuring high-quality standards

Delivering training, coaching, and hands-on development to engineers
*
Supporting with technical queries, complex faults, and some commissioning
*
Advising on best practice and helping shape engineering processes
*
Meeting clients and attending sites for technical support and reviews
*
Driving continuous improvement across the engineering function
This role suits an engineer with strong fire alarm experience who enjoys helping others progress and is ready to step into a technical leadership pathway. Experience with Gent systems is preferred but not essential.
