We have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Lead to join our team at AXA Health to oversee our customer-facing, technology-powered products and services within the Claims domain. In this role, you’ll lead a team of product owners responsible for defining, owning, and resolving customer and business challenges. Your expertise will guide the development and enhancement of our digital claims solutions, ensuring they are aligned with AXA Health’s strategic vision. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Create and communicate the digital product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals. Lead the identification of key problems to solve within your product area, ensuring solutions are viable and user-friendly. Find and prioritise opportunities to improve products continuously, aligning enhancements with AXA Health's commercial goals. Collaborate with other leaders to develop new product ideas that contribute to growth in your area. Ensure successful delivery of products by working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout all phases of development. Act as the product owner for your scrum team when needed, defining user needs and managing the product backlog. Develop and share the product roadmap, making sure it focuses on outcomes and aligns with business strategies. Set clear success metrics and KPIs for your products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and tracking performance. What you’ll bring: Experience in building, launching, and managing digital products that meet customer needs. Prior experience in Claims/Healthcare advantageous. Familiarity with design, technology, and data principles, as well as customer digital needs and the role of assisted digital support. Experience in working with diverse teams to develop customer-focused solutions, with strong leadership skills. Ability to optimise operational processes for product lifecycle management and address operational issues. Proficient in navigating product development stages while ensuring adherence to service standards. Strong capability to investigate and resolve issues by coordinating team efforts and implementing solutions. Commitment to representing customer interests in decision-making and leveraging user insights.
