Electrician (Commercial / Industrial Property Maintenance)
Salary: £40,000 Basic + Overtime and Shift Allowance + Fully Expensed Company Van + Benefits (up to £60K)
Location: Newcastle
Hours: Various (premium rates paid for unsocial working hours)

Role Overview:
1. Conduct electrical remedial works in commercial and industrial settings.
2. Complete upgrades and repairs, from replacing breakers to large-scale projects.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and provide technical advice.
4. Stay updated on industry standards, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* City & Guilds 2391-52
* NVQ Level 3
* 18th Edition qualified.
Knowledge:
* Of electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
Skills:
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Valid UK driving licence.
