The Role You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation, including financial remedy work
* Private children matters and related disputes
* Cohabitation and relationship breakdown advice
* Drafting and negotiating agreements and court documentation
* Managing cases from initial instruction through to conclusion
* Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client care
