Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing

The Role
Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
2. Effective fault-finding and breakdown response in a time-critical production environment
3. Supporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering-led initiatives
4. Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards
