As our current CEO prepares for retirement, we are looking for a leader who shares our values of compassion, respect and collaboration to drive growth, strengthen financial sustainability, and champion our mission.
The Role
As CEO, you’ll lead strategy, inspire teams, and ensure financial resilience. Reporting to the Board, you’ll shape our future, expand our impact, and represent the charity at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver our strategic plan and drive organisational growth.
* Ensure robust financial leadership—budgeting, forecasting, and income diversification.
* Oversee risk management and compliance.
* Build strong partnerships and act as our public ambassador.
About You
* Proven success in strategic leadership, financial management, and risk oversight.
* Experience in the charity or social care sector would be an advantage.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
* Passion for making a real difference.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary of £70,000–£80,000
