About the role Our Deals ITX team specializes in providing tax advice on indirect tax implications of transactions such as share and asset acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, IPOs, carve-outs, and supply chain restructurings. Responding to day-to-day VAT queries and developing opportunities from the internal business units;
# Preparing VAT reports and other deliverables and advising on the submission of appropriate returns or other documentation to tax authorities;
# Contributing to the technical development of the dedicated junior members of the indirect taxes team and wider team through design and delivery of training.
Must possess a Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent professional qualification.
