The Role:
Carry out First Off, In-Process, Goods Inwards and Final Inspection to customer drawings and specifications
Perform visual and dimensional inspection to micron-level accuracy using micrometers, verniers, gauges, CMMs, and visual inspection equipment
Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, supporting RCCAs where required
Maintain accurate inspection and quality records, contributing to continual improvement activities
Manage gauge control, including ordering, calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of calibration recordsThe Person:
Experience working as a Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment
