About you Hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent Strong swimming ability and confidence in water rescue techniques Experience working as part of a team, ideally within the leisure industry Strong customer service ethos with a professional and respectful approach Flexible attitude to working hours and duties Commitment to health & safety, safeguarding, and equality standards Willing to complete enhanced Access NI checks Desirable : Hold a recognised First Aid qualification What you'll do Supervise customers across all leisure facilities to ensure safe and enjoyable use Provide a professional lifeguarding service for pools and water facilities Respond to emergencies, first aid incidents, and evacuations as required Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Complete safety checks, incident reports, and relevant documentation Assist customers, promote leisure services, and support membership initiatives Report hazards, faults, and maintenance issues promptly Support opening, closing, and security procedures within the centre For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
