Office Support Assistant

Location: Windsor

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Are you someone who enjoys variety, thrives on helping others, and can turn your hand to whatever the day brings?

We’re looking for an Office Support Assistant to join our European HQ in Windsor. This is a role at the heart of our organisation, supporting IT, facilities, HR, and administration, where your people skills, problem-solving, and flexibility will keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Facilities & Admin

* Coordinate building operations, suppliers, and maintenance scheduling.

* Ensure health, safety, and security compliance.

* Cover reception duties and support company events/socials.

* Provide administrative support to senior leadership and HR.

IT & Technical Support

* Deliver first-line IT support across the business.

* Set up and configure IT equipment for new starters and leavers.

* Maintain AV systems, file servers, and technical infrastructure.

* Assist with website updates and content management.

Ad Hoc Support

* Take on a wide range of office support tasks as needed.

* Adapt quickly and work with colleagues across all teams to get things done.

What we’re looking for

* A people person with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.

* Strong IT skills with confidence in troubleshooting.

* Understanding of networking, hardware, and AV systems.

* Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
