Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated People Projects Manager to join our People Directorate on a fixed-term basis. This role will lead the delivery of key people-related projects, including staff engagement, sickness, the annual NHS Staff Survey, and transformation initiatives across our people services. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues to provide scope, governance and assurance on a range of projects, ensuring involvement and effectiveness of project team members in delivery of agreed outcomes. This is a great opportunity to lead and influence meaningful change and improve staff experience across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
As People Projects Manager you'll be leading the coordination and delivery of people-focused projects across the Trust. You will be supported by a Project Support Officer to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You’ll be leading stakeholder communications, ensuring teams stay informed and engaged. This role suits someone with highly developed communication and project management skills, an influencer with agility and confidence to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
