Temporary Office Manager opportunity!
Location: London (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Duration: 6 months (potential to be slightly shorter/longer)
Hourly rate: £20 - £30 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: Moorgate

We are looking for a proactive, hardworking, friendly office manager to support our client in the energy sector! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to play a central role in a busy, professional London office environment.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full ownership of the day to day running of a dynamic office, supporting a senior leaders, including C-suite executives across finance, operations, engineering, and technical teams.
This is a hands on, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced office environment and enjoys being the go to person for all operational and administrative needs!
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the smooth day to day running of the London office
2. Provide administrative and organisational support to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
3. Coordinate meetings, including set-up and preparation of meeting spaces
4. Manage office supplies, including stock control and regular purchasing (e.g. food, refreshments, stationery)
5. Liaise with building management, concierge, and reception teams regarding deliveries and facilities
6. Support onboarding of new employees, including:
7. Coordinating with IT for equipment setup
8. Delivering induction calls and office orientations (e.g. health & safety, emergency procedures)
9. Act as a key point of contact for office-related queries and problem-solving
10. Maintain a professional, well-organised, and welcoming office environment
11. Liaise with the other global offices to support smooth company operations.
About You
12. Previous experience in Office Management or a strong administrative background
13. Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a professional, corporate environment
14. Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
15. A "can-do" attitude - willing to take initiative and resolve issues independently
16. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
17. Comfortable working fully office-based (Monday-Friday)
18. First Aid / Fire Warden certification is desirable but not essential!
