This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Installer Fitters mate at Monarch Home Improvements. The Trainee Installer Fitters mate will be responsible for assisting in the installation of windows and doors, supporting the lead installer, handling tools, and ensuring job site cleanliness.
Qualifications
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of construction or home improvement processes would be an advantage
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Previous experience in home improvements related role is a plus
