Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Run recruitment across different roles, including BD, operations, and installation.
* Manage the hiring process end-to-end, from posting roles through to offers.
* Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee admin.
* Manage contracts and support compliance with UK employment regulations.
* Work with payroll providers and external HR partners.
* Help set up HR processes, policies, and internal documentation.
* Act as a go-to person for day-to-day HR questions.
What we are looking for
* 3 years of experience,Mandarin is preferred
* Strong recruitment experience
* Good understanding of UK HR basics and compliance
* Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
* Able to manage multiple priorities independently
* Practical and solution-oriented
Nice to have
* Experience in a startup or early-stage business
* Experience building processes from scratch
