The Role
You'll manage your own ledger, drive strong cash collection and work closely with key internal stakeholders. This is a role where your input is valued and your performance is genuinely recognised.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining your own ledger
* Chasing overdue debt via phone and email, building professional rapport
* Allocating cash, reconciling accounts and resolving queries promptly
* Working closely with sales, operations and finance
* Producing aged debtor reports and flagging risk areas
* Supporting improvements to credit control processes
About You
* Proven Credit Controller with a strong track record
* Excellent communicator with a commercial approach
* Organised, proactive and solution-focused
* Systems‑confident, including Excel
* Team‑oriented with a continuous‑improvement mindset
