The Role Reporting into our Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients through their SkillStation adoption, onboarding and post implementation support process. Ensuring they have an excellent customer experience. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop more widely within the company based on your ability. Working alongside within our Support and Implementation team, you will: Support the client journey from current state to future state using SkillStation. Review and cleanse client data prior to SkillStation upload. Populate client data into SkillStation. Support online demonstrations with clients to understand their current challenges and strategic objectives. Support clients post implementation with on-going support, advice, and guidance. Advise our Technical Team where system enhancements might improve customer experience. Participate and contribute during our cross-functional team meetings. Add value in everything you do. Skills & Experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to: Sort and filter data. Analyse and reconfigure data. Perform V & X Lookups. Work with pivot tables. A keen eye and attention to detail. Confident and proficient use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Extremely well organised with good file management. Logical thinker who considers the consequences of actions. Conscientious and recognises the importance of deadlines and priorities. Can work effectively alone and as part of a team.
